Bournemouth Airshow
Last year the inaugural Bournemouth Air Festival was attended by over 750,000 local residents and visitors who watched the displays along 7-miles of Bournemouth beach. The largest event of its kind, not only in the town’s history but in the country, it is without a doubt a festival not to be missed. 2012 promises to bring even more aviation thrills, breathtaking displays, awesome jets and superb family fun so buckle up and get ready for a holiday bonanza!
Taking place in August, between Bournemouth and Boscombe Piers, festival-goers can expect to see the world-famous Red Arrows, the Sea Vixen vintage jet, heart-stopping Black Cats Helicopter Display, the iconic Battle of Britain Memorial Flight and adrenaline pumping Eurofighter Typhoon.
As you can see, The Cumberland, The Suncliff and The Cliffeside are right at the heart of the action, what better place to experience all the sights of the show than from your own balcony or terrace!
