Mirabelle Restaurant
The Mirabelle Restaurant traditionally serves a table d’hote menu with tasty superb food, served most nights by Executive Chef Richard Howard.
It is an elegant venue which seats up to 250 guests. Breakfast is served buffet style here in the morning, whilst we also serve our famous Sunday luncheons, evening meals and cater for functions.
At The Cumberland we have designed our food operations to suit all tastes, with the traditional Mirabelle Restaurant offering fresh tasty home cooked fayre, contrasting with Ventana Brasserie which offers a funky atmosphere with stylish music, while providing excellent contemporary fayre all day allowing guests to choose when they want to dine.
Outdoor BBQ‘s are the norm most weekends in the summer at poolside, weather permiting! Cumberland has been awarded Bournemouth’s best large Hotel as well as The Ventana winning Highly Commended Best Restaurant in the 2009 Bournemouth Tourism Awards.
